1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and hbbaji ("hbbaji", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the hbbaji website located at hbbaji.onl and all associated services, games, features, content, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Services").

Any activity that occurs under your hbbaji account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility, unless you have notified hbbaji of unauthorised access in a timely manner. 4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hbbaji account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. hbbaji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible; any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. hbbaji aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval for mobile wallet methods. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. hbbaji reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals requested during periods of system maintenance may be subject to brief delays.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the hbbaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). hbbaji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by a player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

hbbaji is committed to preventing money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal request. Any player found to be using the hbbaji platform to facilitate money laundering or financial fraud will have their account immediately closed and relevant information reported to appropriate authorities. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hbbaji platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the hbbaji platform without the prior written consent of hbbaji. 9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

hbbaji makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hbbaji does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform, including odds, game rules, promotional terms, or account balance displays where a technical error is present.

In any event, hbbaji's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to hbbaji in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

hbbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.

• Requests by a self-excluded player or their authorised representative.

Upon termination of an account for reasons attributable to a player's breach of these Terms, hbbaji reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to inactivity, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of identity verification.
